Flexibility with your employees, amid the chaos

The shelter-in-place order has in many ways caused companies to modernize the way they manage their employees. There is a huge emphasis on software and tools that cater to remote work. The effect of the pandemic, coupled with the country (and world) wide unrest stemming from the murder of George Floyd, has only magnified our need to be flexible with our employees.

In the midst of the chaos, companies need to prioritize the well-being of their employees. Whether that's being flexible with working hours, encouraging time off, or emphasizing that they attend rallies and protests that are important to them, there needs to be a greater level of understanding.

Has your company done anything particularly unique to address flexibility, given the current climate?
