Re-engage your idle applicants

On average, 90% of those who begin an application for an on-demand or hourly position don't complete it - but this doesn't mean they wouldn't be good workers. Some of these applicants could have opted for the quickest company to approve their application form, been checking options for later, or had life changes since they last applied.

Companies see an average 5-10% conversion rate from reaching out to applicants who abandoned their application form at least 3 months prior. Re-engaging these applicants could save your company marketing spend - if you'd like to try, just set up a data collection stage with a drip marketing campaign asking applicants if they're interested in re-applying. If so, reactivate their application by moving it to the stage where they left off and be sure to send them an email or SMS with the link to re-access it.
