Consider sending applicants a follow-up survey

Interested in improving your application process, worker onboarding, interview or orientation format, or any other aspect of your application? Consider sending applicants a concise follow-up survey - not everyone needs this but it can be insightful if you are experiencing considerable stall at a particular stage.

We suggest including no more than five questions and encouraging brevity by using only multiple-choice, checkbox, and (sparingly) short answer questions. The longer the survey, the less likely you'll receive completed responses.

To host a survey, create a data collection stage with your survey questions, add a drip campaign of no more than three messages asking applicants if they would like to complete the survey (we don't want to spam them!), then move your applicants into this stage and voila!
